Accessible Parking Possibilities

In order to best gain access to the city with a wheelchair, you will do well to park at the handicapped spaces in the Cathedral Parking Lot (North side of the Cathedral). If you wish to visit the inner city, we recommend the upper portion of the Cathedral Parking Lot; if you want to pay a visit to the old city, the lower level of the parking lot will work best. Parking in both areas is designated “P3”.

Accessible Public Toilets

In Speyer’s inner city, you will find public toilets for the physically impaired at the following locations: 

  • fairgrounds
  • upper Cathedral Garden (South side of Cathedral)
  • Cultural Court at the “Flachgasse”
  • Löffelgasse parking lot

The public toilets are all equipped with the Euro-WC key system.
